The SPECIALIST Service provides a completely free specification and quotation service tailored to each individual enquiry. The computer based programme is
designed to provide an accurate and time saving solution to the more complex applications and supplies your Bill of Materials and schematic or scale drawings
for the selected hardware system.
When you have an enquiry on Sliding or Folding Door Hardware which requires our assistance, simply phone or fax the details of the project to our
Technical Sales Department in Sydney who will register your project in the SPECIALIST System.
You will receive a Quotation from Henderson RMD, giving you a Bill of Materials including:
• Quantities • Prices • Drawings • Fitting Instructions • Name of your nearest Distributors
You may wish to make changes to your original specification. In this situation, just contact us with your quotation number and we will make the amendments
and issue you with a revised quotation.
Please place your order using the Bill of Materials that you have received, stating the quotation number.
The SPECIALIST Service is available to you from our Technical Sales Department in Sydney by telephone, fax or mail.
